“Body-Based Leadership”

Keynote Motivational Speaker / Body Centered Leadership

Rochelle Rice, CSP, is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and educator.

She is first woman in the world to hold both the Accredited Speaker (AS) designation from Toastmasters International and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association. A former professional jazz dancer, her passion stems from the inordinate amount of stress in our society placed on thinness rather than the body as a resource for effective leadership.

Rochelle has been in the fitness industry for 30+ years and brings a unique approach to her work. Blending her somatic experience training to help people regulate their central nervous system, she helps people stop fighting with themselves and be at ease in leadership roles (or just leadership acts). With her work, people learn to be comfortable that what they say and do are aligned to how people perceive them.

Providing confidence, trust and hope, with a solid, proven technique, her message is one of unwavering faith in people’s unique ability to create a dynamic life of leadership by honoring the wisdom of the body.

Rochelle and Lou connect in this fun and ‘get your body moving’ episode of Thrive LouD with Lou Diamond.
